How Can You TIE in the WORLD CUP?!?!?!

So there WERE a lot of people in Global yesterday for the Mexico/Angola game! There was also a lot of yelling and jumping up and down... Mexico played pretty well, I think we had possession of the ball like 65% of the time, but Angola's goalie, oh man, NOTHING (Litterally!) got by him! We had about 8 REALLY good shots that totally should've gone in. I'm sorry to say that if Angola had as many good shots against Mexico, Oswaldo wouldn't have been able to block them all. I think it should be against the rules to TIE in the World Cup, but we tied 0-0. Uff.
